Are your shoes in US or EU sizes?

  • Our shoes are in EU sizes, but a size chart presenting US and EU sizes are featured within each listing.

Please do not rely on the size you normally wear, double check your measurements with the provided charts in each listing.

Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be applied at checkout. Sign up for our e-mail list to receive special offers and stay tuned for exclusive specials.

When will my order be shipped?

  • Our sneakers are custom made, please 5-7 business days for processing, depending on location, please allow transit 10-14 business days from shipping date. Please Note: Business days = not including weekends / holidays.
  • Shipments can take up to 3 weeks depending on your location.

Why do your shoes take so long to process?

  • Our shoes are custom made to order. The printing process is intricate and takes time: First, the shoe pieces are set up for software, prints are printed and dried, the pieces are then sewn together to form the sneaker then sealed and heat treated to preserve our boldest designs. The detail and quality will be apparent when you receive your unique sneakers.

How long is transit time?

  • Your made-to-order sneakers will be shipped straight from our manufacturer. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shoes to be made, once your order is complete, transit time is between 10-14 business. It may take up to 3 weeks to receive your order. Thank you for your continued patience. 

How do I track my delivery?

  • After your purchase has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification. We will e-mail you the tracking information at this time.
  • The tracking number may take up to 3 days to update.

Can I change my order after it is placed?

  • We do not allow editing of orders. If your order is incorrect, your order will be refunded, and you may place the order once again with the correct items.

Where are you located?

We are located in the United States, but we ship global!

Why do my shoes have a slight smell? 

  • This smell is normal! Your shoes will be freshly printed from our manufacturer, this smell is only a slight paint odor and will dissipate quickly.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, please e-mail customerservice@wardrobewhims.com
